By using Zenpura Pest Control services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Services Provided<\/h4>\n

Zenpura Pest Control offers pest management services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include inspection, treatment, and ongoing pest prevention solutions as agreed upon in the service plan.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Scheduling and Access<\/h4>\n

Customers agree to provide access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If access is not provided, Zenpura reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee or postpone services.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Payment Terms<\/h4>\n

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. For recurring services, payment must be made according to the billing schedule outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Satisfaction Guarantee<\/h4>\n

Zenpura Pest Control offers a satisfaction guarantee for all services. If pests return within the specified warranty period, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover new infestations caused by structural or environmental conditions beyond our control.<\/p>\n

Service Limitations<\/h4>\n

While we strive to eliminate pests, certain factors such as extreme weather conditions, structural deficiencies, or non-compliance with our recommendations may limit the effectiveness of treatments. Zenpura cannot be held responsible for recurring issues caused by these factors.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h4>\n

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment time.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Liability<\/h4>\n

Zenpura Pest Control is fully bonded and insured. However, we are not liable for damages caused by pest infestations or treatments unless caused directly by our negligence.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Health and Safety<\/h4>\n

Zenpura uses eco-friendly and safe pest control methods, but customers are responsible for informing our technicians of any allergies or health concerns that may affect treatment.<\/p>\n

 <\/div>\n\n

Termination of Services<\/h4>\n

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. If services are terminated before the completion of a service plan, customers may be charged a prorated fee for services already rendered.<\/p>\n
